For those turning new chapters from a 12th pass out to a college student, this journey is a significant milestone, a step towards career success. This new academic chapter can also be overwhelming as it comes with a drastic change in students ‘ lives. The career-free college world also brings responsibilities of making careers and achieving goals.<\/p>\n

To offer a memorable start to the academic journey, colleges host an Induction programme, a welcoming initiative that introduces students to the new beginnings and the tone for the years ahead.<\/p>\n

To offer a warm beginning to the BBA journey, DDUMC<\/a> organized Deeksharambh- Student\u2019s Induction Programme 2025 on August 21. This formal beginning of the BBA journey for new students was a significant event to introduce students to the academics, understand the college\u2019s culture, and interact with faculty and fellow students.<\/p>\n

The Induction Programme was a memorable event organized on August 21 to welcome freshmen to the BBA program and to provide a smooth transition into the academic and social environment. The event marked the beginning of the academic year and also served as an introduction for the students to the academic institution and its goals.<\/p>\n

For the students entering the world of business education, this event was highly important, offering a recap of academic, social, and personal development. The induction programme was designed to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a foundation for the academic journey, empowering students with the motivation they need to succeed.<\/p>\n

All the new students of the BBA program were invited to attend the event and were warmly welcomed by the faculty and seniors. Mr. Manoj Mittal, Chief Mentor of Career Launcher, Dehradun, and an Alumnus of IIM Calcutta, was invited as the guest speaker to host the event and motivate students with highly encouraging words.
